By accessing, downloading, installing, or using SnapPage Pro (the "Service"), including our browser extension and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SnapPage Pro. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

SnapPage Pro is a browser extension and web application that allows users to:

• Capture full-page screenshots of web pages
• Capture visible area or selected region screenshots
• Edit and annotate captured screenshots
• Export screenshots in various formats (PNG, JPEG, PDF)
• Access screenshot history and management features

The Service is provided on both a free tier with limited features and paid premium tiers with enhanced capabilities.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. License & Usage Rights

4.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

4.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
• Use automated systems to abuse the free tier limits
• Circumvent or disable any security features

5. Subscription Plans & Pricing

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes:

• 25 screenshots per day
• PNG export only
• Basic capture features

5.2 Premium Plans

5.3 License Keys

Premium subscriptions are activated via license keys. Each license key:

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Billing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal or approved offline payment methods. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. After the 30-day period, refunds are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 Subscription Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. You will receive email notifications before your subscription expires with an option to renew.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Capture or distribute illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for competitive data collection against us

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including all code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by SnapPage Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of screenshots you create. We claim no rights over your captured content. Screenshots are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of results

10.2 Website Compatibility

We cannot guarantee that our extension will work perfectly on all websites. Some sites may use technologies that prevent or interfere with screenshot capture.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SnapPage Pro AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your transmissions or data
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapPage Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you capture or distribute using the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
